Bradley Arant Boult Cummings has added a group of Baker Donelson lawyers to his real estate and financial practices.
The new lawyers include partners Elizabeth Sauer, Mary O’Kelley, Kacie McRee and John McGehee, lawyer Kyra Howell and partner Taylor Scott.
“Together, this group brings decades of experience in real estate and financial law, which makes them a significant asset to the firm and to our clients,” said real estate practice group president Brooks Smith in a statement. “Their understanding of long-term care facilities and senior housing issues enhances our ability to serve clients in this growing field. “
Sauer was a shareholder of Baker Donelson and previously practiced at Waller Lansden, Arent Fox and Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs. His practice includes work on real estate transactions related to healthcare.
O’Kelley worked at Baker Donelson for over eight years. She previously practiced with Clyde Click, Click & Null and Kilpatrick & Stockton. His practice includes the financing, leasing, acquisition and disposal of long-term care and residential care facilities for the elderly.
Prior to Baker Donelson, Howell ran his own consulting firm and a private law firm.
McRee’s practice includes representing borrowers and lenders in real estate development transactions as well as working on corporate formations and mergers and acquisitions.
McGehee specializes in transactions involving HUD insured loan transactions.
Scott represents clients in transactions involving real estate development, acquisitions and loan modifications.
