National Mortgage News is pleased to announce the launch of the 2021 Top Producers Survey.
IMPORTANT: All entries MUST be completed by the Individual Loan Officer. Any entry deemed incomplete by the nominee will be disqualified. Unless otherwise indicated, a response is required for all questions.
Click on here to access the online survey. The deadline for all submissions is 6 p.m. EST, Friday, February 19.
Information on your 2020 loan production will be used to establish this year’s ranking. We strongly encourage you to prepare your original data before starting the survey. You can download a list of required information here.
The entire survey should take about 20 minutes (not including preparation time to collect loan data). All submissions must be completed through the online survey.
The Top Producers Survey is open to individual loan officers who work in depository, non-bank, and mortgage brokerage companies in the United States. The survey begins with a series of multiple choice questions on recent industry developments and trends, marketing techniques and business practices. The answers you provide to the multiple choice questions will be used as a whole and will not be used to personally identify you or your business.
There are also three short open-ended questions for loan officers to discuss the strategies behind their success. Responses will be used in future profiles and other content featuring loan officers and their businesses.
The NMN editorial team reserves the right to review or reject any investigation of loan officers based on incomplete, inaccurate or unverifiable information, or any other discrepancy that violates the intent or spirit of the loan officer. Top Producers program.
The survey is optimized to work best on a desktop or laptop computer. It is not recommended to supplement it with a smartphone or tablet. You will receive an on-screen message upon successful completion of your submission, as well as an email to the address provided in the request.
National Mortgage News began its annual ranking of loan officers in 1999, with production data covering the mounting volume from 1998.
The top 2021 producers will be revealed in April online and in NMN magazine. Producers who place in the top rows may be invited to participate in a virtual event honoring these attendees, which will also take place in April.
