Award-winning group Ronto announced that it had selected interior design companies for three furnished models at Quattro, the fourth building in Naples Square, a pedestrian / cycling community developed by Ronto on 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. The models will feature the Giada I, Dolce and Espada de Quattro floor plans. Designed by the Ronto group and MHK Architecture & Planning, each of the plans reflects the sense of space and style that will be presented in each Quattro residence. Quattro invites luxury home buyers to live big while enjoying all facets of downtown living. The plans offer the largest living spaces and some of the largest condominiums in downtown Naples. Each Quattro residence will open onto a covered outdoor balcony to create a fascinating indoor / outdoor experience.
Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP, President and Senior Designer at Renee Gaddis Interiors will create the interior of the Giada I model facing the neighborhood. The 2,733 square foot Giada I floor plan under air features a 305 square foot covered balcony that easily accommodates conversation and dining areas. The large Giada room and the massive dining room, the owner’s bedroom and one of the two large guest bedrooms all open out to the balcony. The kitchen features a huge island with counter-height seating and an expansive perimeter countertop area lined with beautifully finished cabinetry. A perfectly sized desk provides an ideal setting for working, reading and watching TV. The owners’ suite has two large walk-in closets, as well as a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower and two sinks in the bathtub. A powder bath is located in the hallway that leads to the guest bedrooms, each including a walk-in closet. The laundry room offers plenty of storage and counter surfaces.
The interior of the Dolce model will be created by Robb & Stuckey interior designer Rachelle Porco and interior designer Christine Neal, Allied ASID. The Quattro Dolce floor plan embodies the sense of space and style that Ronto and MHK Architecture & Planning have created for each of the residences in the new building. The 2,898 square foot plan offers three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a wide entrance hall, a huge large room and dining room that opens onto a 242 square foot covered balcony, a kitchen beautifully designed island with a pantry, a den of over 200 square feet and a large separate laundry room. The owner’s suite has two dressing rooms and a bathroom with a double sink, a bathtub and a walk-in shower. A large closet in the hallway provides additional storage space.
Faith Fix, founder and director of Freestyle Interiors, will design the interior of the Espada model. The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom Espada plan offers a total of 3,853 square feet, of which 3,358 square feet are air-conditioned, a 345-square-foot balcony overlooking the great room, dining room, bathroom. owner’s bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms, as well as a 150 square foot balcony overlooking another guest bedroom and the den. Perfectly suited to the downtown Naples lifestyle, the Espada’s huge kitchen includes an island that provides yet another gathering place. Dressings are present in each of the bedrooms.
Quattro and the wider Naples Square community are indicative of a national trend to transform city centers from simple attractive destinations to places where people can be fully involved in all aspects of day-to-day city life. The trend is especially evident in small and medium-sized cities like Naples, where attractions are concentrated in relatively small geographic areas like 5th Avenue South. The 65 Quattro residences will live as single family homes and will be on one level. The plans feature 36% more total living space than the plans included in the first three phases of Piazza Napoli. The residences located at Quattro’s beautifully landscaped courtyard amenity deck will feature huge outdoor terraces ranging from 606 to 972 square feet. Standard features on the extended decks will include a gas grill with a sink, a trellis covered hot tub, and a fire pit. The amenity deck will serve as the centerpiece of Quattro’s amenity core and will feature a spacious pool deck, pool and hot tub, lounge chairs, trellis seating, shaded cabanas, fire pit and nook. lounge, two grill areas and a covered bar with stools and large screen TV. A club room will open onto the pleasure deck and will include a bar area with a refrigerator, bar sink and cabinets, a billiard room, toilets and large screen televisions.
Ronto includes a range of standard luxury features and finishes at Quattro. The owners’ bathrooms will provide a relaxed atmosphere. Standard finishes and features will include Kohler Ladena undermount sink, Jacuzzi Stella Unique Size freestanding tub, Dornbracht LULU single lever tub faucet with hand shower kit, Dornbracht IMO rain shower head ceiling mount and an Infinity Tile Insert Drain in the shower. The owner’s bathroom will also feature marble counter surfaces and cabinet selections with a variety of door fronts.
Five choices of hardwood floors, porcelain tile, wood-look porcelain tile and natural stone in an ivory French pattern are available. A variety of standard carpet selections are also available. Irpinia kitchen cabinets will give a European touch. Brushed chrome, chrome or oil rubbed bronze cabinet hardware is standard. Quartz kitchen counter surfaces are also standard. Standard kitchen appliances will include SubZero refrigerator, SubZero freezer with ice maker, five burner gas cooktop and Wolf wall hood, Wolf E-Series electric wall oven, standard microwave oven Wolf with integrated trim, a Meile 24 – built-in dishwasher and a SubZero wine cooler under the counter with a capacity of 46 bottles with two temperature zones.
